What is Europa! Europa?
Welcome to Europa! Europa, a celebration of European cinema.
For the fifth year, the world’s best new European films come to cinemas across Australia and for the first time to Auckland, New Zealand for inspiring and entertaining premiere screenings and special events.
A place for extraordinary cinema, vibrant storytelling and discussion, and bustling community congregation, Europa! Europa gives national audiences a kaleidoscopic window into the experiences of a diverse continent – incorporating over 40 countries – and people.
Join us only in cinemas from February 19 to March 19, 2026.
How do I buy tickets?
You're in the right place! Use the Films page to navigate through to the film/s of your choice, and click through on the session time to finalise your booking. Tickets can also be purchased at each cinemas' box offices. Tickets for Europa! Europa 2026 will be on sale on January 22, 2026.
How much are tickets?
Ticket prices vary from city to city. We do offer special rates for concession card holders. Please see here for full ticketing details.
Where is Europa! Europa?
The fifth edition of Europa! Europa will play in cinemas across Australia from 19 February, 2026. In Melbourne Europa! Europa screens at Classic Cinemas in Elsternwick; Lido Cinemas in Hawthorn; Cameo Cinemas in Belgrave, and in Sydney at Ritz Cinemas, Randwick. For the first time, we’ll be bringing Europa to Angelika Cinemas in Brisbane, the State Cinema in Hobart and Bridgeway Cinemas in Auckland, New Zealand.
Are the films classified?
Europa! Europa has received a classification exemption from the Classification Board. Films screening at Europa! Europa are mainly unclassified 18+. Nobody under 18 (including infants) can legally attend a session with this exemption. A few titles have been given a rating of unclassified 15+ and our retrospective titles have varying classifications. Please check film pages for more information.
